Chessmen Ridge Overlook is an overlook in Cedar Breaks National Monument 2.0 miles north of the visitor center along highway 148. The Alpine Pond Trail can be accessed from this point.

Named because the sandstone hoodoos that are visible from this overlook look like chess pieces standing next to each other.

Some interesting structures in the distance.

Alpine Pond Trail can be accessed from this location, although the brochure starts at the Alpine Pond parking area.
