Hype:

The Musee de l'Armee, which is both a museum and a monument, offers visitors a rich, varied and educational visit, which they may adapt and alter to suit their desires. The museum keeps and presents to the public an exceptional body of works and objects relating to French military history, from the Middle Ages to the 20th century: ancient suits of armor, uniforms, pieces of equipment, sabres, swords, arms and armanments, luxury arms, pieces of ordnance, emblems, decorations, historic figurines, musical instruments, paintings, photographs, sculptures, personal effects of great historic figures, etc.

Time:

Fees: A single entrance fee gives visitors access to the entire Les Invalides complex.

We didn't have time to visit very much of the museum, but what we did see was very cool. We were able to see many of the ancient weapons and armor.
