Story

For our August camp out, we went up to Tire Valley. We had a bunch of dads come, which was awesome. We played Kubb, then we pulled out the ropes and practiced rappelling off a big rock.

That night, it rained over half an inch! It was the biggest rainstorm of the year. We all got soaked, even inside our tents. When I woke up, I discovered flowing water on the ground on boths sides of my tent. My sleeping bag was soaking wet on the lower half. My pillow was wet everywhere except the little circle where my head was. There was almost a half-inch of standing water in one corner of the tent. My left shoe was soaking in the puddle. It was crazy!
