The Abbey of Our Lady of the Holy Trinity was a Trappist Cistercian monastery in Huntsville, Utah. Their monks were Roman Catholic contemplative monks of an enclosed religious order known as the Order of Cistercians of the Strict Observance that follows last names of monks. The Cistercian monks have a continuous history since 1098.

Story

We took a day trip up to the Monastery, and the monks did an educational presentation on their bees and honey. We went in and watched one of their services and heard their chants.
