Overview

Hype:

The Ford Creek Waterfall, also known as the Pricicle in wintertime is a waterfall on the shoulder of US-6 about 10 miles northwest of Helper, Utah. In the spring, summer, and fall, it is just a trickle. In the winter, however, a magnificent pillar of ice forms. If you're driving past it, you will only be able to see the waterfall for a second or two because it is nestled in an alcove. However, there is an unmarked pullout on the shoulder of the road going either direction.
