Overview

Hype:

In 2000, Salt Lake County Parks and Recreation developed the southwest corner of Wheeler Historic Farm pastures into a versatile regional park. In the years since, major additions have included the Pavilion and Playground Fort. Quickly becoming a farm favorite, the Playground Fort was completed in July of 2011. A Toddler addition to the playground was graciously donated through a grant from the Dumke Foundation acquired through the Friends of Wheeler Farm.

Story

Tara and Missy went to a baby shower, so Shaun and I took the kids to Wheeler Historic Farm. It was really cold, but we had fun watching the ducks and geese chase the kids and the kids run away screaming. We also played for a bit on the playground and wandered around the historic buildings and farm equipment.
