Story

We got vouchers to Provo Beach for Christmas, but they were only available select days during school, so we went in July. We played miniature croquet first, and that did not go well at all. Cooper had rage issues, Savannah was in tears, and Madi was pouting. Not a great start. Next we played a round of bowling. Madi was upset with her low score and number of zeros. Then we did the flowrider. The kids were intimidated by the surfing, so they played in the hot tub for the hour while Tara and I tried our hands at surfing. Tara rode on her stomach and didn't crash much. I tried surfing and crashed a lot. My back and neck were a bit stiff the next day due to the whiplash. Then we went over to waffle house for dinner. The waffles were yummy, but the portion sizes were way too small. On our way back to Provo Beach, we stopped at a toy store and wandered around. Then back at Provo Beach, we played a round of laser tag and played on the ropes course. After they had eaten, the kids were much more pleasant and had a more enjoyable time. They had a lot more fun on the ropes course here than at CLAS. Madi and I played another game of bowling then we played on the arcades and the girls and I played one final round of laser tag before they closed at 9:00 and while Tara and Cooper were redeeming arcade tickets. Overall, we had a great time!

Story

We went to Provo Beach as part of youth conference. I rode the carousel, played 2 rounds of crocquet, did the ropes course including eyes closed no hands on the balance beam, played two rounds of laser tag, and played 7 games of bowling. My bowling scores were 154, 125, 157, 150, 123, 138, and 124. I was one pin short of a turkey!

Story

For our anniversary, Tara and I went out to dinner. We wanted to go axe throwing, but they were closed, so we went to Provo Beach instead. We played a round of Miniature Croquet, then we watched the Flow Rider for a while. It was really amusing to watch the kids crash and get swept up the wave. Then we played a second round of croquet. There were a couple of the hoops that were really hard because of how the ground was sloped, so we spend upwards of 50 hits on some of them. It was a lot of fun though.
