Hype:
CLAS Ropes Course does a Christmas Cruise on the Provo River. They have big flat-bottomed boats that the boat captain pulls up and down the river using a rope system. Along the sides of the river are a bunch of Christmas lights and small Christmas decorations. The light display is not nearly as fancy as many of the other light displays around the valley, but the experience is fun.

Madi and I went on the Christmas Cruise for our daddy-daughter date. Our boat was mostly empty; there were just 4 college students with us. Madi was super talkative to everyone, and they thought she was very funny. Madi was so excited to see Santa in a canoe and that he brought her a peppermint! On our drive home, Madi told me: "Dad, I don't care if Savannah says Santa is not real. I don't believe her. I know Santa is real because I saw him!"
