Hype:
North Fork is good, with several short drops to downclimb or rappel, in a surprisingly deep slot. This is one to do after doing something else in the area like No Mans Canyon or Larry Canyon. It is not one to come all the way out into the Roost to do on its own. It also makes a great way to round out a Bull Pasture Canyon day.

After breakfast, we all went to the North Fork of Lost Spring Canyon. The canyon was rated for 2-4 hours, and it took us 3 hours, which we were pretty proud of. At the start, we rimwalked around the side before dropping in below the first drop. There are a number of drops that could have been down-climbed, but we chose to rappel them since the kids were excited to do some rappels. Everyone had a really fun time.
