Story

We got up and fixed the breakfast and walked around camp to see who else was there for the meetup. The only other group was the group that came with Trent. We had planned to do a couple of the Hogs canyons, but since we didn't have our truck, we decided to do the west fork of Leprechaun Canyon instead. We split into three groups. My group did the west fork of Leprechaun Canyon. Trent's group did the east fork of Leprechaun Canyon with an early departure. Anthony's group did the east fork of Leprechaun Canyon with a later departure. However one member of Trent's group had some fears rappelling and turned around, so Anthony's group caught up to them pretty quickly.

West Leprechaun was pretty fun, and it was my first time doing the whole canyon.

Madi was not feeling very well and was in tears several times over trivial things. She was pretty dizzy and had a headache. When we were in the deep skinny section, it started snowing little dippin' dots snowballs. We loved watching them bounce off the walls as they fell down on top of us. It was magical.

The other group was out in the open during the snow storm and did not enjoy it as much. They got very cold and wet, and Kingston screamed for all but 15 minutes of the whole trip.

We finished the west fork a lot quicker than anybody else and took one of the shuttle vehicles back to camp to wait. I then drove the shuttle vehicle back to the bottom of Leprechaun and tried to time it so I would get there at the same time that they were finishing. I beat them by about an hour, but luckily I had a few videos downloaded from my Phoenix trip still, so I watched a few episodes of Young Sheldon while I waited.

We retrieved the shuttle vehicles then went back to camp. We hung out and talked for the rest of the afternoon and evening.

Story

We didn't want to have too big of a group, so we split our group into two. Tara and Ondy lead a group through West Leprechaun while Ryan and I led the other group through East Leprechaun. Since we had a bunch of kids, we skipped the uphill approach and instead opted for a shuttle to the upper trailhead.

We had a couple small kids in the group, so we took it relatively slow.
