Hype:
Sand Spring is a spring and sand dune access point on the east end of Coral Pink Sand Dunes. This parking area provides free access to the sand dunes and is a great way to experience the sand dunes without the crowds of the State Park.

We dropped by the sand dunes and played for a few hours. We played Frisbee and bocce, kicked a ball around, dug a hole, had a standing long jump competition, buried people, and raced down the dunes. The weather was great, and we all had a fun time.
