Hype:

The Wupatki Visitor Center includes a museum and restroom facilities. The building is styled after a traditional Navajo Hogan and was built in sections between 1938 and 1967. Junior Ranger activities are available.

Story

The Dyes, Wagers, Parkers, and Laurendeaus visited Wupatki as part of our spring break trip to Flagstaff and Sedona. The Parkers took the fast way and the rest of us took the long way accidentally because we didn't realize there was a shortcut through Sunset Crater. We met up at the visitor center and got junior ranger packets for the kids. Then we hiked the Wupatki Pueblo trail. After that, we visisted the Wukoki Pueblo and the Lomaki Pueblo at Box Canyon.
