Beginning at the P3 parking area, the Seven Wonders loop trail travels in a clockwise direction. Walk east over as the trail passes along the base of a rocky outcropping, wiggling among several large boulders. After 0.6 miles, you'll come to the Fire Wave, which is a red, pink, and white sandstone area similar to The Wave near Kanab. This is the end of the Fire Wave trail, and you can return the way you came. To continue on the Seven Wonders Loop, continues down a wash through a small slot canyon to where the trail crosses the road. The trail here passes through a shallow slot canyon. Keep an eye peeled for river rocks with fossils. After the trail crosses the road, it turns north again. Near the end of the loop, the trail passes Crazy Hill, which is a sandstone hill with rainbow stripes of white, orange, yellow, and pink. The trail ends on the west side of the parking area.

After our hikes to White Domes and Rainbow Vista, we did one more hike to the Fire Wave. Cooper, Lila, and Trey were dragging pretty hard, so Matt and I stayed with them where the trail crosses the road while the rest of the group finished the hike. Then they picked up the vehicles and retrieved us.
