Hype:

Pier 60 features a 1,080-foot fishing pier and recreational park with a bait house, telescopes, and six covered pavilions. On the shore is one of largest beach playgrounds on the Gulf. "Sunsets at Pier 60," a Clearwater Beach tradition, offers a variety of crafts and entertainment from 6 - 9 p.m. each night. The beautiful view of the sunset makes for a perfect way to celebrate the end of the day. The park also features restrooms and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 364 days of the year.

Story

Tara and I took a bunch of the kids down to the pier to watch the sunset. We walked down the pier and looked at the crafts for sale. Then we watched a fire juggling act and an acrobatic act. At the fire act, Cooper sat down next to a complete stranger and snuggled on her arm.
