After a bunch of drama with Missy over the shared car, we took our family to Great Explorations. We got there around 11:30 and left by 1:15. The kids had a great time and wanted to stay longer, but we had to leave to go back and pick up the Kirkhams so we could go to the aquarium together. We were hoping to go to the Sunken Gardens next door to the children's museum, but we didn't have time. Long story short, The Kirkhams were late getting back to the condo and then cancelled on the rest of the plans that day, wasting several hours of our time and causing us to miss out on what we wanted to do. I was incredibly frustrated and upset and Tara was ticked off as well, which is highly unusual for her. The children's museum was fun, but the whole day was full of anger and resentment and frustration.
