Hype:

The San Rafael Bridge (also known as the San Rafael Swinging Bridge or the Buckhorn Wash Bridge) is a historic suspension bridge built by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) in 1937 over the San Rafael River in central Emery County, Utah, United States, that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). It is 160 feet long and was for decades the only bridge crossing the river in that area. Although it no longer carries vehicles, it remains open for pedestrian use and is situated adjacent to a BLM campground.

Story

On Sunday morning, we double-checked to make sure the pharmacy would be open when we got there and discovered it was actually closed on Sundays. So instead, we drove down Buckhorn Wash Road. We drove down to Swinging Bridge and worked our way back up the road, stopping at various sites along the way.
