We stopped at 6 Flags on our way home from our anniversary trip to Hawaii. We had a blast at 6 Flags Magic Mountain. They have a ton of great roller coasters, and we took advantage of the fact that it was just the two of us with no kids. We rode all the big rides we could squeeze in. The lines were quite long, and overall we thought that the park wasn't managed very well (no in-line entertainment, no water misters to beat the heat, lots of broken rides, lots of rides only operating at partial-capacity, poor loading protocols, etc.), but we still had a lot of fun.
