The Japanese Friendship Garden of Phoenix, known as Rohoen, is a serene 3.5-acre Japanese stroll garden located in downtown Phoenix. Developed in collaboration with Phoenix's sister city, Himeji, Japan, the garden features over 1,500 tons of hand-picked rock, stone footbridges, lanterns, and more than 85 varieties of desert-adapted plants. Visitors can enjoy flowing streams, a 14-foot waterfall, and a koi pond housing over 300 colorful koi fish. The garden also includes a traditional tea house where cultural events and tea ceremonies are held throughout the year. Rohoen is open Tuesday through Sunday, with varying hours, and offers amenities such as restrooms and a gift shop. Admission fees apply, but children under six enter free. The garden is accessible via light rail and provides free on-site parking. For more information on visiting hours, events, and tickets, please visit their official website.

On my last day in Phoenix, I went to the Japanese Friendship Garden of Phoenix first. It was nice but overpriced. I took lots of pictures to be able to put each location on the map on my website.
